(About me)

Sewing notebooks by hand taught me the value of detail. Today I bring it to digital design.

2020

2016 - 2019
2012 - 2019
Store manager · Starbucks, Buenos Aires
I led a team of 10, worked with KPIs and ran first-round hiring interviews. That's where I learned that good service shows in the details.
My process, from research to prototype.
01
I research
Surveys, interviews, buyer personas and empathy maps to understand people and their context.
02
I organise
Information architecture, user flows and wireframes, so every element is where people expect it.
03
I design and iterate
Interfaces in Figma, prototypes and iteration until I reach a simple, intuitive solution.
01 · Empathy with users. Seven years in customer service taught me to listen before proposing.
02 · An editorial eye. Typography, hierarchy and detail, learned by making books.
03 · Clear communication. With clients, teams and authors: proposing, explaining my decisions and listening when the answer is no.
